Heritage Foundation Lecture by Paul Kengor: “The Judge: Ronald Reagan’s Top Hand”

At noon on Friday, November 2, 2007, the executive director of the Center for Vision & Values at Grove City College—Dr. Paul Kengor—will be delivering an address at the Heritage Foundation’s Lehrman Auditorium on the topic of his latest biography: William P. Clark. Known as “The Judge,” Bill Clark was Ronald Reagan’s closest confidant and adviser up to and throughout the Cold War. The title of Dr. Kengor’s speech is “The Judge: Ronald Reagan’s Top Hand.”
